Project Overview

Astaneh Construction started working on this project in the spring of 2022. The client had already obtained the necessary permits and drawings before reaching out to the company for assistance. Astaneh Construction provided demolition and gutting services for the entire interior of the house, as well as partially demolishing the exterior walls to enlarge the windows. Following the demolition, the company reframed the interior of the house, installed new rough plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, and added low voltage upgrades. Additionally, Astaneh Construction upgraded the roofing and added insulation and drywall where needed. The company also helped the client design the interior of the house, working closely with a base interior designer to ensure that the client's vision was brought to life. Throughout the project, Astaneh Construction provided high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service, ensuring that the client was satisfied with the end result.
