Home Renovation in Lawrence Park

I have used Astaneh Construction for two home renovation projects (kitchen remodel and bathroom renovation). I found the team to be professional, responsive and collaborative. They were very good at translating my vision into reality, including creative solutions to practical challenges. Of particular importance, they did not hesitate to send to back contractors to address issues to ensure everything was done right and to our satisfaction. Finally, projects were completed within the time and budget provided in the project quote.

Astounding work. Hamed, Rana, and Ali are all amazing to work with. They took our renovation dreams and turned them into a reality. I always felt comfortable asking Hamed for his expert advice. I appreciate the care and attention they put into our home. Go with Astaneh, you won’t be disappointed! I will definitely call Hamed again for the next big project

In the end, they delivered beautifully and on time! We’re truly grateful for the experience and would highly recommend working with them.

As a professional photographer and filmmaker who has worked with many people in the construction industry, I can confidently say that Hamed Astaneh is one of the most professional and organized contractors I’ve worked with. The quality of his work is consistently high, and the clients I’ve seen working with him have been extremely satisfied. He delivers clean, detailed results that truly match the level and expectations of his clients. Hamed never cuts corners and typically uses high-quality materials in his renovation projects. His scheduling is well-planned, and projects are completed on time as promised. From our side, as a media team working with him, he has always been very professional and reliable, including being prompt and transparent with payments. Based on my experience in this city, it’s rare to find someone in the construction field who combines this level of organization, commitment, and quality so consistently.

I had a great experience working with Astanceh Construction . Hamed’s team was very organized and always on time, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What I appreciated most was their honesty with pricing. The amount they quoted at the beginning was exactly what we paid at the end. Even though I initially worried that unexpected issues might increase the cost, there were no additional charges at all. Their work was clean, well-managed, and professional, and I’m very happy with the final result. I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable contractor.

We decided to do a whole home renovation with Astaneh Construction and it has been, without a doubt, the best contracting experience we’ve ever had. After dealing with several other contractors during our search - including some who were disorganized, unresponsive, and one who outright ghosted us - we were honestly anxious about starting this project. But from the moment we connected with Astaneh, everything changed. Their team immediately set a new standard for what professionalism should look like. The turnaround time on our project was remarkably quick, and the level of communication throughout was something we truly appreciated. We were kept informed at every stage, with constant updates, check-ins, and clear explanations of what was happening and why. Their transparency made all the difference - no surprises, no hidden costs, just honesty and straightforward guidance. One of the things that impressed us most was how accommodating they were. Any request we had, any concern that came up, they handled it with patience and a genuine willingness to help. They worked around our schedules, respected our home, and made the entire process as smooth as possible. It felt like we were working with people who actually cared, not just a company trying to get the job done. Rana, our project manager, deserves special recognition. She was the heart of this project. From start to finish, she was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive. She never made us feel rushed or bothersome, even when we asked a million questions. Her reassurance throughout the project gave us so much peace of mind, we always felt like we were in good hands. Rana is one of those rare people who combines deep expertise with genuine compassion, and we honestly can’t say enough good things about her. Astaneh Construction not only delivered beautiful results, but they gave us confidence and comfort throughout the entire journey. Their honesty, organization, and commitment to customer satisfaction set them apart from anyone else we consulted. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, transparent, and truly dedicated team, Astaneh Construction is the one. We were so impressed with their professionalism and care that we wouldn’t hesitate to trust them with any future projects. Their reliability, clear communication, and genuine commitment to doing things right gave us complete peace of mind. We’ll be recommending Astaneh Construction to our friends and family - it’s rare to find a team this dedicated, transparent, and truly caring. Thank you, Rana, Hamed & all the amazing teams involved :)
