This 3,500 sq.ft. home in Unionville was a beautiful structure with solid bones — but time had taken away its original charm. Our mission was to bring it back to its full potential, like day one, while elevating it to today’s standards of modern luxury. From the moment you step inside, the transformation is undeniable. The outdated curved staircase, heavy drop ceilings, and dated finishes were replaced with a clean, contemporary aesthetic — open, bright, and timeless. Two large structural steel beams were installed on the main floor to eliminate all drop ceilings, giving the space a seamless flow and an expansive feel.

Custom millwork became the soul of this renovation, defining both form and function across every room. The striking chevron-pattern hardwood floor in the main hallway immediately draws attention, leading the eye to a detailed feature ceiling in the breakfast area and a beautifully reimagined family room. The original fireplace, a sentimental favorite of the homeowners, was preserved and surrounded by a brand-new millwork feature wall that now anchors the space with elegance and warmth.

The new gourmet kitchen stands as one of the home’s showpieces — a perfect balance of craftsmanship and design. With detailed stonework, sleek cabinetry, and functional luxury in every corner, it truly embodies the heart of the home.

Upstairs, the transformation continues with a spa-inspired primary ensuite, offering both comfort and serenity. Every element — from the built-in storage to the refined finishes — was thoughtfully designed to create the feel of a five-star retreat within the comfort of home.
