This project was a four-level full home renovation in Toronto’s High Park neighbourhood, focused on transforming the interior through thoughtful upgrades and high-quality finishes. While the structural layout of the home remained unchanged, the entire space was reimagined to create a brighter, more refined living environment.

The renovation included updates across all four levels of the home — basement, main floor, second floor, and third floor. New hardwood flooring was installed throughout the main living levels, replacing the existing carpet and creating a cohesive, elegant look across the home. In the basement, durable vinyl flooring was installed to provide both practicality and a clean, modern finish.

All three bathrooms were completely renovated, including the creation of a spa-inspired primary ensuite designed to bring a sense of comfort and relaxation to the space. The primary bedroom was also enhanced with the addition of a new custom closet, providing improved storage and functionality. A custom kitchen renovation transformed the heart of the home, combining modern finishes with practical design for everyday living.

One of the most striking features of the project is the recapped staircase, redesigned in a piano-style finish that immediately draws attention upon entry and helps brighten the entire main floor. To further enhance the atmosphere of the home, pot lights were installed throughout, creating a clean and well-lit environment across all levels.

The result is a complete interior transformation that modernizes the home while preserving its original layout and character.
